About this role

We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Director to join our team. Taking great pride in finding new opportunities and building vision-oriented relationships, you’ll be able to bring change to some of the largest industries in the world. You will build deal funnels and manage them daily, as well as building out presentations, and seizing opportunities to present features and benefits to larger groups both in office settings and at industry events. You’ll create deal models and organize contract terms for multi-year agreements. And enjoy the satisfaction of knowing you’ve got the best product, engineering, and business people supporting you in your efforts. 

What we’re looking for

Basic qualifications:

  • Successful track record and 100%+ quota attainment for past 2+ years

  • 2+ years experience in a high growth sales environment, ideally selling to HR/Benefits

  • Success in creating deal funnels and managing opportunities through the funnel

  • 2+ years contract negotiation experience

  • Strong presentation skills to C-Suite/Executive Leadership Teams

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or MS

  • Developed analytical skills

  • Creation of large enterprise, complex partnerships in B2B or B2C, using mobile applications or consumer-centric solutions

  • Understanding of strategic partnerships developed for the purpose of customer acquisition using pay-for or free technologies 

  • Cross-functional leadership with product, digital marketing and sales teams

  • Team management, including a data-driven approach to performance management (activity, quota attainment, etc.)

  • Experience in Salesforce
