About the team:
As a Senior People Partner in our People team in Tel Aviv, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the strategic HR roadmap for our IL site.
As part of the role, you will develop a deep understanding of the business context, culture, and organizational challenges, and play a key role in driving high performance and employee development by designing and executing global, scalable, and agile people processes for a fast-growing, dynamic organization.
In this role you will
- Execute the HR roadmap for the IL site, ensuring alignment with global and regional business priorities.
- Act as a strategic partner to managers, providing end-to-end guidance on people and organizational topics, including employee development, performance and feedback practices, and strategic hiring decisions.
- Partner closely with business leaders on organizational design and effectiveness initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
- Analyze people data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and business outcomes.
- Champion a strong, values-driven culture rooted in empathy, fostering high engagement, motivation, and a sense of belonging across teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner, with a strong generalist HR background (startup experience preferred).
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving impactful outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Strong track record of coaching and partnering with senior leaders and frontline managers to elevate leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into clear, actionable HR strategies aligned with business needs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to influence across all levels while balancing empathy and accountability.
- Strong commitment to building engaged teams and fostering a values-driven organizational culture.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Demonstrated record of excellence and consistently high performance in previous roles is a strong advantage.
