About the Team
You’ll support the technical side of Empathy’s content operations, helping our localization, design, and content teams bring audio and written materials to life across multiple platforms. Your daily work will combine hands-on QA, platform management, and light automation tasks using AI tools.
In this role you will
- Upload, organize, and update content across CMS and learning platforms.
- Perform in-app and web QA to ensure text, audio, and visuals appear correctly across all locales and devices.
- Generate, review, and edit AI audio files (via tools like ElevenLabs).
- Support internal teams during product launches, ensuring all assets are tested and live on time.
- Collaborate closely with localization, content, and engineering to troubleshoot integration issues.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in QA, CMS operations, or another technical production role.
- Comfortable working with content management systems.
- Native-level English.
- Familiarity with AI tools for audio or media generation is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality control.
- Basic HTML or JSON knowledge is an advantage.
Personal skills
- Organized and reliable. Able to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Curious about technology, automation, and how creative processes scale.
- Strong written and verbal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Team player who enjoys working across disciplines (content, design, localization).
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset and a calm, methodical approach.
