About Empathy
Empathy supports individuals and families in need through partnerships with financial institutions, life insurers, and employers. We're hiring a Product Manager to lead our partner enablement product work - designing, evolving, and scaling the tools and workflows that empower our partners to successfully onboard, launch, and support the families they serve.
This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and partner success. You’ll build the infrastructure that makes our partnerships scalable, from implementation and configuration tools to performance monitoring and support solutions. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Partner Success to ensure that every partner has what they need to succeed with Empathy.
In this role you will
- Own the product lifecycle for our partner enablement tools - from discovery and planning through delivery, iteration, and measurement
- Define and prioritize capabilities that support efficient onboarding, configuration, support, and ongoing partner engagement
- Work closely with internal teams to understand operational workflows, technical constraints, and partner-facing challenges
- Translate real-world partner needs into scalable, usable internal and external tools
- Identify friction points and gaps in the partner experience and develop product solutions to address them
- Collaborate with Partner Success and Implementation individuals to improve delivery timelines and partner satisfaction
- Contribute to product team practices and help raise the bar for clarity, collaboration, and execution
Why Join Us?
- Build the infrastructure that powers meaningful partnerships and real-world impact
- Join a fast-moving, mission-driven team focused on deeply human challenges
- Take ownership of a key product area with room to lead and grow
- Help shape how Empathy scales - from the ground up
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or B2B2C environments
- Experience with operational and enablement tools, implementation flows, or internal platforms
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder needs and translate them into practical, scalable product solutions
- Familiarity with technical systems (integrations, dashboards, APIs, internal tools) and working closely with engineering
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams, especially with non-technical users and partners
- A bias toward simplicity, clarity, and thoughtful iteration
