About the Team
Our Sales organization partners with leading employers, insurers, and financial institutions to transform how they support families through loss. We operate across two core verticals: Employee Benefits and Insurance & Wealth, and embed our technology into enterprise offerings to deliver compassionate, scalable bereavement support. In just two years, we’ve grown 10x and raised $90M from top investors like Index Ventures and General Catalyst. Through partnerships with Fortune 100 companies and major insurers, we’re redefining how care is delivered in life’s hardest moments—and we’re just getting started.
In this role you will
Content and Enablement Design
- Build and execute a comprehensive enablement roadmap focused on onboarding, soft skills, sales effectiveness, and manager/leader development
- Partner with sales leaders to develop high-quality, executable internal sales team materials, including playbooks, sales collateral tailored to various client segments, and other team-wide resources.
- Codify key workflows into repeatable steps, including qualification criteria, discovery best practices, stage progression requirements, and exit criteria.
- Design hands-on enablement content that brings the process to life through real examples, talk tracks, templates, and objection-handling guides
Training and Coaching
- Own and evolve a consistent, engaging onboarding experience for all new revenue team members, ensuring fast ramp up and confidence from Day 1
- Facilitate soft skills training programs that sharpen storytelling, negotiation, objection handling, and benefit-focused selling as well as provide ongoing coaching and skill reinforcement
- Deliver live and asynchronous trainings that cover our sales process from beginning to end
- Use feedback, stakeholder insights, and performance data (Intake Analysis, Gong calls) to identify skill gaps and create tailored and role-specific learning experiences
Technology and Tools
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems and other sales tools, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflows.
- Select and implement systems (LMS, content hubs, coaching tools) that make training scalable, trackable, and easy to access.
- Monitor adoption and usage of sales enablement tools and resources, adjusting or offering new solutions when necessary
- Administer and train the team on tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Gong, or other sales tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Sales Support
- Build programs from 0 to 1 and shape foundational systems from the ground up, serving as the go-to to sales enablement person who brings structure and momentum to a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Define clear success metrics and feedback loops to track impact of enablement efforts
- Partner closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure sales has the tools and knowledge to succeed, especially around new features and initiatives
- Align sales collateral and training with product launches and go to market strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, learning & development, or a similar role with a track record of excellent facilitation in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills — comfortable leading both IC and leadership sessions
- Ability to project manage and handle multiple priorities while working collaboratively across teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, lean teams, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like BANT, MEDDPICC, Target Account Selling, Account-Based Selling, Value-Based Selling
Preferred
- Start up experience
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Gong, Salesforce, learning management platforms.
- Firsthand experience in sales, or coaching salespeople and sales managers
- Eagerness to explore and apply AI and emerging technologies to reimagine how work gets done
The salary for this position ranges between $100,000-$120,000. This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, we are proud to offer stock options in the company and a competitive benefits package.
