She has deep expertise in innovation, strategy and design, compliance, benchmarking, communications, associate engagement strategies, vendor management, and administration.

Meredith currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Virginia Center for Health Innovation, as a member of Anthem’s Client Advisory Group as well as their Client Innovation Council, Mercer’s Health Innovation Advisory Board and as a new member of Hinge Health’s Client Advisory Board. Further she serves on the Virginia Task Force on Primary Care.

David is a Principal and Senior Consultant in Mercer’s Health & Benefits Practice located in Richmond, Virginia. He has 30 years of industry experience helping clients optimize the delivery and overall value of health and welfare programs.

David focuses on strategic planning, vendor oversight, and financial management to assist clients in attracting, retaining, and supporting their employees. David graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and received his MBA from the University of Richmond.

Senior VP & Head of Total Rewards at Atlantic Union Bank

Susan Pfautz is Senior Vice President and Head of Total Rewards at Atlantic Union Bank, responsible for the oversight, design and management of the company’s benefits and compensation strategies to attract, retain and motivate top talent.

In this role, she provides input and knowledge with respect to strategic decisions and partners with key stakeholders to design programs in support of key business priorities. Ms. Pfautz plays a predominant and active role in assisting the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors in fulfilling its duties with respect to the company’s compensation programs.

Kyle Daquanna is the Director of Strategic Partnership at Empathy, a combination of technology & human support, helping families through all the financial, legal, emotional, and logistical challenges that follow loss.

Kyle works with partners including Health Plans, TPAs, Navigation companies and large employers to simplify the way that innovative employers can better support their people. He has spent the last decade working with innovative benefit and wellness leaders, designing benefit plans & equitable strategies for global companies.
