About this role:
You will be responsible for honoring our partners by being open and prepared. Taking great pride in finding new opportunities and building vision-oriented relationships, you’ll be able to bring change to some of the largest industries in the world. You will build deal funnels and manage them daily, as well as building out presentations, and seizing opportunities to present features and benefits to larger groups both in office settings and at industry events. You’ll create deal models and organize contract terms for multi-year agreements. And enjoy the satisfaction of knowing you’ve got the best product, engineering, and business people supporting you in your efforts. Moreover, as a Director, you will take an active part in shaping the company's affairs on a strategic level.
What we’re looking for
Basic qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in either business development, strategic partnerships, or sales
3+ years of contract negotiation experience
BA/BS in business or marketing-related field
Strong presentation skills to C-Suite/Executive Leadership Teams
Success in creating deal funnels and managing opportunities through the funnel
Experience building financial deal models with an emphasis on ROI for potential strategic partners
Preferred qualifications
MBA or MS
Experience with business development or sales into life insurance & HR/benefits
Developed analytical skills
Creation of large enterprise, complex partnerships in B2B or B2C, using mobile application or consumer-centric solutions
Understanding of strategic partnerships developed for the purpose of customer acquisition using pay-for or free technologies
Cross-functional leadership with product, digital marketing and sales teams
Team management, including a data-driven approach to performance management (activity, quota attainment, etc.)
