We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer who excels in complex problem-solving and leads cross-functional collaboration to turn challenging user needs into elegant, impactful, and beautiful solutions. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive innovation and elevate our core products.
In this role you will
- Design end-to-end product experiences for our core products—from research and ideation to execution and refinement.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to solve user needs.
- Use user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that meet user needs and brand goals.
- Champion design excellence and usability for intuitive, accessible products.
- Help build and evolve our design system for consistency across touchpoints.
- Provide mentorship to junior designers while nurturing a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with expertise in both visual and interaction design.
- An independent problem solver who takes projects from concept to completion, creates elegant solutions for complex challenges, and builds prototypes that showcase design decisions.
- A strong communicator and storyteller who presents design ideas through compelling narratives, translates complex concepts into clear information, and exchanges constructive feedback to foster growth and collaboration.
- Growth-oriented, demonstrating dedication to continuous learning, flexibility in dynamic environments, and a versatile approach to design challenges.
- A natural leader who guides and mentors team members and drives positive change with a focus on inclusion and equity.
