About the role
You’ll support Empathy’s technical content operations, working closely with localization and content teams while juggling content across platforms to deliver audio and written materials, combining hands-on QA, platform management, and light AI-driven automation.
In this role you will
- Upload, organize, and update content across CMS and learning platforms.
- Perform in-app and web QA to ensure text, audio, and visuals appear correctly across all locales and devices.
- Generate, review, and edit AI audio files (via tools like ElevenLabs).
- Support internal teams during product launches, ensuring all assets are tested and live on time.
- Collaborate closely with implementation, content, and engineering teams to troubleshoot integration issues.
Requirements
- 1- 2 years of experience in technical project management, CMS operations, or another technical production role.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with AI tools for audio or media generation is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality control.
- Comfortable working with content management systems
- Basic HTML or JSON knowledge is an advantage.

- Organized and reliable. Able to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Curious about technology, automation, and how creative processes scale.
- Team player who enjoys working across disciplines (content, design, localization).
