About the Team

Our mission is to craft motion that moves visually, emotionally, and strategically, bringing ideas to life across global campaigns, product launches, and digital touchpoints.
We’re looking for a skilled, collaborative, and culturally fluent Motion Designer to join our marketing creative studio.
This role combines design craftsmanship, storytelling instinct, and strategic thinking. You’ll concept, design, animate, and edit engaging content that communicates complex ideas simply, from performance ads and product launch videos to branded event visuals.
It’s a hands-on, full-stack creative role , from script to post - where design thinking meets motion and AI-driven innovation.
You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, product marketers, and stakeholders across departments to bring creative ideas to life, balancing artistic goals with project timelines and marketing objectives.
In this role you will
- Create motion and video content that drives storytelling and brand engagement across campaigns, social media, and events.
- Develop storyboards, concepts, and visual directions that align with brand identity and marketing strategy.
- Execute end-to-end production: scripting, animation, editing, sound, and post-production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams, ensuring smooth communication and creative alignment.
- Balance creativity and practicality — translating stakeholder feedback into refined, high-performing visual outputs.
- Think broadly — understanding how each deliverable connects to the wider marketing ecosystem and business goals.
- Optimize processes and workflows by templatizing, implementing new tools, or identifying opportunities to outsource efficiently.
- Leverage generative AI tools to enhance creativity, streamline production, and explore new motion styles.
- Maintain brand consistency while demonstrating versatility across styles, tones, and visual directions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in motion design or related creative roles.
- Strong foundation in graphic design, branding, and visual communication.
- Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and basic to intermediate sound editing skills.
- Familiarity with Figma and modern design collaboration tools.
- Exceptional English communication skills — native-level fluency is a must.
- Deep understanding of American corporate and tech cultures; comfortable collaborating with U.S.-based teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to balance creativity with deadlines, feedback, and marketing objectives.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Curiosity and openness to new technologies, especially AI in creative workflows.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing multi-style motion design, graphic design, and storytelling craft.
