About the role:

You will be responsible for honoring our partners by being open and prepared. Taking great pride in building vision-oriented relationships, you’ll be able to bring change to some of the largest industries in the world. You will understand our partners' needs, build collaborative and cross-functional integration plans with them, and build out activation strategies incorporating new marketing collateral and messaging, product features, and internal communications and trainings. You’ll gain high-level business context for our partners, while subsequently leading implementation efforts, conducting partner meetings, tracking tasks and deliverables, and measuring success metrics with the Partner. You will also work closely with the Empathy product, marketing and business development teams in ensuring Empathy is thoughtfully prepared to meet mutual partnership goals.

Qualifications:

Basic qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a combination of management consulting, strategic partnerships, enterprise implementation, or program management

  • BA/BS in business, engineering, or marketing-related field

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Understanding of core business metrics and basic data analysis 

  • Success in leading implementation and project management

  • 2+ years project management experience

Preferred qualifications

  • 2+ years of management consulting experience 

  • Experience working in senior care, HR, or benefits

  • Developed analytical skills

  • Experience within a startup environment with exposure to online marketing and product
