In this role you will

  • Strategically drive long-term product growth, focusing on adoption and retention.
  • Create, manage, and optimize marketing channels like email, SMS, and notifications to increase user engagement metrics.
  • Enhance activation metrics by optimizing landing pages, and other top-of-funnel assets.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align product messaging and growth strategies.
  • Analyze user data comprehensively for insights to improve engagement and retention.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in product growth, marketing, product marketing, or a related field for a b2c or b2b2c product, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up, collaborating on, and optimizing product funnels to drive adoption and usage.
  • Proven record of developing and executing growth and/or marketing strategies that increase user activation and retention by prioritizing and implementing changes throughout the product.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and present ideas effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
  • Passion for innovation and growth in a tech-driven environment.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
