About the Role
The Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics drives operational excellence and data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization. This role is responsible for managing and evolving the marketing technology stack, optimizing campaign performance, and building the analytical foundation that enables smarter marketing strategies and measurable ROI.
In this role you will
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack (marketing automation, analytics, and data tools) to support all marketing teams, ensuring connected insights, efficient workflows and measurable impact.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure campaign performance, lead flow, pipeline and revenue contribution.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to identify insights from data and recommend actions to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
- Own the design and implementation of the core marketing process (lead management, campaign tracking, attribution models, and analytics) and empower the team to self-serve workflows and insights through training, documentation and scalable systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (demand gen, growth marketing, product marketing, brand, client marketing) to ensure data-driven execution and measurement of marketing initiatives.
- Support data hygiene, segmentation, and audience management to enable targeted marketing campaigns.
- Provide advanced analytics and modeling to inform marketing strategy, budget allocation, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices across marketing systems and processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related roles.
- Proven success continuously evolving and optimizing marketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense), integrating them with analytics or BI tools and staying ahead of emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with expertise in marketing attribution, campaign measurement, and performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of the marketing funnel, data management, and audience segmentation.
- Proficiency in analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-focused, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
The salary for this position ranges between $150,000-$170,000, which includes base salary and variable components. This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, we are proud to offer stock options in the company and a competitive benefits package.
