We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead one of Empathy’s most strategic domains. This is a cross-functional, high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of complex enterprise-facing products that require clarity, compliance, and scale.

You’ll define how Empathy delivers more value to our partners and end-users - whether through automation and AI in regulated workflows, or through the tools, education, and visibility partners need to confidently introduce Empathy. This is a rare opportunity to own a 0→1 product area, shaping foundations from scratch and building solutions that touch millions of families.

In this role you will

  • Own the product lifecycle for a new enterprise-facing domain - from discovery and alignment to delivery, measurement, and iteration.
  • Define the product vision and roadmap, balancing compliance, scalability, and user impact.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data, Legal, Operations, Growth, and Partner Success to build reliable, scalable solutions.
  • Translate complex requirements (regulatory, partner, operational) into simple, usable workflows.
  • Create tools and narratives that help partners understand, embrace, and demonstrate the value of Empathy.
  • Represent Empathy externally, building trust with partners and aligning product work to business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in 0→1 or complex enterprise products.
  • B2B or B2B2C background is required.
  • Experience in regulated industries or partner-facing platforms (such as insurtech, fintech, healthtech, or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Experience building AI-powered solutions for complex workflows - a strong plus.
  • Ability to translate compliance and partner needs into product requirements.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills - able to explain value to technical teams and external partners alike.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, and external stakeholders.
  • Track record of delivering measurable outcomes and building scalable systems.
  • Native proficiency in English, with the ability to lead meetings, presentations, and partner discussions confidently.
