About the Team
The Marketing team at Empathy drives awareness and demand for our loss support services by sharing compassionate, impactful stories with the market. These stories highlight individuals coping with the loss of a loved one, employers offering crucial support to their employees, and financial institutions and insurers helping families protect their legacies. Our team has established a respected and trusted brand, as demonstrated by our impressive roster of enterprise clients, and we will continue to fuel Empathy's growth as a category creator and market leader.
In this role you will
- Align marketing efforts with sales goals to ensure demand generation strategies support pipeline growth and revenue targets.
- Design, coordinate, and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns across online and offline platforms across prospect and customer segments
- Coordinate with our Growth lead to manage and optimize paid advertising initiatives on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads, our Events lead for conferences and trade shows, and our Social Media lead for social engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with Content and Design teams to create compelling marketing assets like blogs, guides, and webinars for top-, middle-, and bottom-of-funnel prospects and partner accounts
- Track and nurture engaged contacts and target accounts in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI for spend and investments
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading B2B demand generation
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and deep experience with marketing metrics and KPIs
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or commensurate workplace experience
Preferred:
- Experience in a SaaS business or at a company that sold into the HR/Benefits space.
This role must be based in the New York Tri-State area.
The salary for this position ranges between $110,000 - $120,000. This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, we are proud to offer stock options in the company and a competitive benefits package.
