Amanda Paolino is an investor at SemperVirens Venture Capital, where she focuses on early-stage companies transforming healthcare, fintech, and the future of work. She partners with startups on go-to-market strategy and enterprise adoption, with a particular focus on how emerging technologies like AI can drive measurable business impact in complex, regulated industries. Prior to joining SemperVirens, Amanda built her career at the intersection of strategy and execution, advising Fortune 500 businesses on technology transformation at Deloitte before joining an early-stage infrastructure startup.
