About this role:

Taking great pride in finding new opportunities and building vision-oriented relationships, you’ll be able to bring change to some of the largest industries in the world. You will build and manage deal funnels, construct presentations, and seize opportunities to present features and benefits to larger groups both in office settings and at industry events. You’ll create deal models and organize contract terms for multi-year agreements. In addition, you will thrive in proving out new verticals for the business and scaling them up if successful. And enjoy the satisfaction of knowing you’ve got the best product, engineering, and business people supporting you in your efforts. Moreover, as a Director, you will take an active part in shaping the company's affairs on a strategic level.

What we’re looking for

Basic qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in either business development, strategic partnerships, or sales

  • 4+ years contract negotiation experience

  • BA/BS in business or marketing-related field

  • Strong presentation skills to C-Suite/Executive Leadership Teams

  • Success in creating deal funnels and managing opportunities through the funnel, with developed analytical skills

  • Experience building financial deal models with an emphasis on ROI for potential strategic partners

  • Availability to work out of our New York City location

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with business development or sales into life insurance, HR/benefits, or senior care industries

  • Creation of large enterprise, complex partnerships in B2B or B2B2C, using mobile applications or consumer-centric solutions

  • Team management, including a data-driven approach to performance management (activity, quota attainment, etc.)

  • Experience with and interest in product, digital marketing, and sales
